Karen Hopper (she/her) is the senior director of performance marketing at Bully Pulpit International (BPI). Her work on the client services team focuses on bridging the distance between data, media, and strategy, informing creative that gets people to take action. Most recently, Karen led cross-channel testing and performance strategy at Razorfish, where her primary client was Citibank. Before joining Razorfish in 2021, she was the agency-wide expert on testing and website analytics at M+R, where she spent a nearly a decade building direct response marketing programs with nonprofit clients of all sizes, including Feeding America, the Humane Society of the United States, PETA, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, and dozens more.
